Deadline for Submission of a Claim: 31st December 2012Once you have gone to the "online refund facility" and you have taken a flight with either company on or between the dates shown above then click on "submit your claim online" If you have flown both airlines during the dates shown fill a claim out seperately for each airline.
The easiest way is;
Virgin flights;
Enter your names etc as requested and tick "option 2" and complete the details as requested, dont forget to enter your frequent flyer # or your (if your not a frequent flyer, your account #) your account # will then automatically include any other persons who booked/flew with you. Also tick the check box at the bottom of the page (above left of "submit" button. Once this has been done a "receipt" page will appear, note the submission # or better still Print the page out.
BA flights;
Enter your names etc as requested and tick "option 3" and complete the details as requested, dont forget to enter the full names of anyone along with the passport # used at that time for that individual. Also tick the check box at the bottom of the page (above left of "submit" button. Once this has been done a "receipt" page will appear, note the submission # or better still Print the page out.
